With the objective of helping the poor and meritorious students, the College Council instituted Merit cum Means Scholarship for the II & III Year UG & PG students of our college from the academic year 2002-2003. This Scholarship is meant for the students irrespective of their religion/community/caste.
2. Aye Gounder Endowment
Two Scholarships for the best students, one from I M.B.E. and the other from II M.B.E. of this institution are awarded during the College Day Celebrations.
The best students shall be adjudged on the basis of
Exemplary conduct, helpfulness, initiative and keeness for selfless service and
Outstanding performance in studies and sports.
3. O.A. Ramasami Gounder Endowment Scholarship

V.K. Ramanathan Memorial Endowment Prizes
The Department of Computer Science conducts every year an Inter-Collegiate Quiz Competition "Qutrix" in Computer Science. Prizes and Certificates are awarded to the teams getting I and II places through this endowment.
NSS Endowment Fund
An endowment viz."Gobi Arts & Science College NSS Endowment" has been instituted for the Bess NSS Volunteer Award from the academic year 2002-2003. One NSS Volunteer from each unit, completed two years in NSS will be given the award during the NSS day celebrations every year.
Dr. K.S. Janakarathnam Memorial Academic Achievement Endowment
The Dr. K.S. Janakarathnam Memorial Academic Achievement Endowment has been instituted by the GASC Alumni Association of worth Service from the academic year 2003-04. The students of the first year UG and PG classes who stand first in the class in the first attempt are awarded the prize.
